Multi-Dynamic DNS

Replacement for static public IP, although a static IP address offers benefits of its own, it can also be costly and challenging to set up. A less expensive solution is dynamic DNS, which functions with both dynamic and static IP addresses. Dynamic DNS provides the capability for a networked device to notify a DNS server to change the active DNS configuration of its configured hostnames, addresses or other information in real-time.

Configure each WAN interface with separate Dynamic DNS hostname

Dynamic DNS is a clear choice whether you’re a business user using a VPN to work remotely, need remote device access, or manage a website. 7G Fuse software is equipped with an in-built dynamic DNS client module, where an administrator can configure separate dynamic DNS hostnames for each WAN interface individually.

Several advantages of 7G Fuse dynamic DNS include,

Multiple Profiles

Users can create more than one dynamic DNS client profiles and set up separate hostnames for multiple WAN interfaces. This will allow users to utilize all the available ADSL / WAN links for public hosting services instead of only one.

Ease & Efficiency

There is no need to go from server to server setting up static addresses every time your network infrastructure changes.

Accessibility

You can access your system using a consistent name in the URL even though the IP address changes.

Savings

You only need as many addresses as will be in use at any one time, rather than having one for every possible user of IP.
